Good for any regular priced movie, maximum of two uses per showtime.
You may purchase a pass as a gift. To do this, when you purchase the pass, use the name and email address of the recipient of the gift. An email will be sent to the recipient with the value of the pass at the time of purchase. If you wish the email to the recipient to go out on a specific date in the future (like a birthday or holiday), please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our box office at (412) 904-3225 for our assistance.

What is the difference between the Sustaining and the Annual membership?
The payment options. The Sustaining membership allows members to break the payments up into monthly increments that are automatically deducted. The Annual membership is a one-time fee paid upon joining the Film Club. Sustaining membership is better for Row House as a whole, because we don’t have to bug you all the time to renew your membership, hence the name.
What is the difference between the benefits of a Standard membership and a Premium membership?
The biggest difference is you get UNLIMITED movies with a Premium membership. The Standard membership limits members to one free movie per month, plus your birthday.
Can I gift a membership to someone?

How many people can be enrolled in a “Duo” membership?
I want to enroll in “Duo”, do I need to be married to this other person as part of my “Duo”?
Nope. The second person of your “Duo” can be your partner, spouse, parent, child, friend, teacher, little brother or sister, your favorite barista, or really anyone you want to share this membership with.
I have a “Duo” membership … Can I bring a guest with my membership? Will they receive the same benefits?
Only your “Duo” partner you signed up with will receive the membership benefits, same as you. If you would like to share your membership with a friend, use your complimentary guest ticket which you receive as a thank you for joining. Maybe they will want to become a member (hint hint).
Can I share my membership with someone?
The only way to actively share a membership is to sign up for a “Duo” package. We offer a “Standard Duo” or a “Premium Duo.” If you would like to share with a friend for a single visit, use your complimentary guest ticket which you receive as a thank you for joining.
I am no longer on speaking terms with my “Duo” partner … Can I change who is my official partner?
Yes. At anytime, in your online membership profile linked above, you can change the name of your official partner. Let us know if you have trouble doing this, we are happy to help, just email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I sign up for a membership at the box office?
Yes! The box office has a handy ipad available that is linked to this website. So whether you are in the comfort of your home or at our box office, you will use the membership website to sign up. Once you make an online payment your membership will be active! If you don’t have internet access, you can also do it over the phone by calling (412) 904-3225.
Can I redeem my free movie tickets online?
Not yet, but we are getting close to having this. If you would like to use one of your free movie entries, please visit the box office before the movie screening OR email email@example.com – provide your name, zip code, & day/showtime – you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours!
If I have a Standard membership, can I use my free monthly movie and my birthday movie within the same month?
If I have a Standard membership and I don’t use my free monthly movie will it rollover to the following month?
Nope. If you don’t use it you lose it.
How do I cancel my membership?
Saddest question ever ☹️. Members can contact us by calling: (412) 904-3225 or emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can cancel the membership or change it to a different membership level.
If I’m no longer a member, can I still access the Slack Chanel?
Unfortunately no, that is a privilege and benefit of being in the Film Club.
What is the Annual Member Appreciation Day?
We value our Film Club members which is why we will host an Annual Member Appreciation Day each summer. There will be behind-the-scenes tours, a special member-voted screening, and delicious local food. This is a great way to learn how a movie theater operates, plus a great way to give us your feedback. We’ll have dates, times and updated event info closer to the summer season.
