How Things Work at Row House Cinema

Theaters begin seating usually 20 minutes prior to each ticketed showtime. Before or during this time, guests may explore our sister location Bierport next door. Bierport has a Tap Room downstairs which also may be used as a waiting area. If you are 21+, you may enjoy a beer or cider prior to a film, or you can bring your beer into the cinema. For soda fans, you can choose from one of the 120 different sodas in Bierport. And yes, you may bring beer in from Bierport into the cinema!

Seat are generally first come first serve, so we do recommend you arrive early. During peak hours, lines may form 20-30 minutes prior to the showtime. You are NOT guaranteed two seats next to each other.

Refunds & Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and showtime. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for special events or one time film screenings. For regular film screenings, if you are unable to attend the event for whatever reason and you give us a 48 hour notice before the showtime, we can exchange your date, film, or give you store credit for Row House Cinema. All store credit will only be for the face value of the ticket (no store credit on service fees or taxes). Store credits can be picked up at the Row House concession stand at no additional cost. Store credit must be picked up within six months of the event. We are able to mail you the store credit as a gift card for a $5 fee for shipping and handling. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for regular film screenings less than 48 hours away.

A regular film screening is defined as a film, shown multiple times per week, priced at our regularly published prices. A one time film screening is a film, shown only one time, which could be at our regularly published prices or higher. Everything else is a special event, which includes a film shown multiple times per week, but this particular showtime is at a higher price than our regularly published prices, includes additional activities, or comes with additional items.

Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to a non-refundable per ticket processing fee. You may be able to purchase tickets in person at Row House Cinema without paying our processing fee.


Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Cell Phone Usage

To ensure the proper viewing experience for your fellow patrons, we insist on no talking or phone use during our films. Row House reserves the right to ask patrons to leave without refund if they continue to disturb others.

Late Arrival

Row House reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who arrive 10 minutes after the published showtime without any refund, to ensure no disruptions to the other patrons.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and drinks are not allowed at Row House Cinema.

Smoking & Vaping

To protect the safety and rights of our guest and staff, smoking in any form is not allowed anywhere on the premises. This includes vaping. Row House reserves the right to ask patrons to leave without refund if they attempt or continue to Smoke or Vape on premises.
