To put it simply, Row House Cinema is a great night out. We’re an 83-seat single screen theater in a historic row house in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood.

Row House opened in June of 2014 with a special screening of Pulp Fiction, and we have showed hundreds of new, old, popular, weird, amazing, and obscure movies since.

Each week we choose a theme and show movies to match. We serve locally made concessions and our famous all-natural popcorn, and we have a huge selection of beer available on tap in our concession stand or in our adjoining bottle shop.

Throughout the year we host Brew & Views (screenings with themed beers served at key points in the movie), Cereal Cinemas (morning movies with all you can eat cereal bars), Midnight Editions, lectures, major film festivals, and more!

We also are home to an active film club that is almost 400 movie lovers strong!

Our mission is to show awesome movies and to help build a stronger film community in Pittsburgh through our unique programming.
